Research your Saint’s resource carefully and more than once if you need to. Do not just read a single article and summarize that article. You are reporting on the Saints’ community engagement, which can be assessed by reading multiple articles, watching videos, considering their Donations and Community Initiative section of the community page 2. Consult and utilize the information and data you will need to complete the report for your chosen assignment. For a model of what your report should look like, refer to Figure in the textbook on pages 107-109 (This is also included in the folder: Report Example). A report is like a memo in that it conveys information from one department to another in an organization. Perhaps, in this crisis, you’d like to make an assessment of what the Saints are doing in the time of Coronoa virus. Once you have a sense of what The Saints have been doing, write a report to the head of The Saints publicity department (the Director of Publicity) and recommend how the publicity department might make use of the Saints charitable/community activities. Include WHAT The Saints have been up to, and how publicizing these activities might overall benefit the organization. Include your recommendations of where the publicity should be placed, and/or other activities The Saints might engage in to continue to have positive publicity.
