Explain how your recommendations would improve quality and help to achieve strategic organizational goals.
Propose methods of collecting data to measure performance.
Research data collecting methods for measuring performance.
Identify the methods that you feel would be the most effective for the situation at CapraTek.
Convey purpose in an appropriate tone and style, incorporating supporting evidence and adhering to organizational, professional, and scholarly writing standards.
Ensure that your executive summary is written to your intended audience and that it conveys the points above.
