support your explanation.
Propose at least two realistic strategies that you could use
to improve your emotional intelligence. Be sure to use scholarly sources
to support your response.
Finally, explain the relationship between emotional intelligence and
emotional labor. What are the implications of emotional intelligence
and emotional labor on organizational performance at the individual,
group, and organizational level?
